如何引导买家修改差评 ,今天 BQool 要来跟大家说明一下,想了解可以先参考前文:
首先,先请买家进入 “ Your Account “
接下来,就可以看到买家之前留下过的负面评论了,您可以礼貌的请买家编缉成五颗星(Edit Review)或者请他移除负面评论(Delete Review)!
请注意:Product Reviews 随时可以编缉,因此要对买家好一点,以免他们回来改成差评!

缺点是:亚马逊的 Sent Message 无法自带链接,如果是链接的资讯,亚马逊很有可能在您寄出电邮时就移除掉;卖家收到电邮的时后,很有可能会看不见链接!
比较整体性的话,可以参考下列的电邮:
Order & ASIN 就是自带变数了,基本上用软件执行会比较方便
其他就是执行的部份!要靠卖家努力解决了!
